In all honesty no one is truly ruining it apart from some people who no recoil on there alts and turn newcomers off from scrims.

First of all, let me say, nice answer.
Well that is one of the things that they need to fix in leagues is the client. People can bypass easily as kc has proven already. -

As for scrimspot,I know of multiple techniques used to bypass there anti cheat,and don't get me started on esl's client, which is why i commented 'hahahah...'' earlier
