I bought 40 of them, and for the life of me I can't remember if I got a coupon from them before I got the gun. However, looking at the brag image I posted in the "Look what I won" thread I can categorically state that you do indeed get coupons. Here is the proof:

Yes it gives coupons. The crate info in the game is wrong, not only this one but others too. That's why I didn't want to get m4a1-e because i thought i won't get coupons. Later on i realized the crate does give coupons. Also many other crates give things that are not listed on the intro page.
