The game doesn't play

Hello.
I download the game and I installed it but I can't play it.
When the HGW is finish doesn't open the window of game only the x-trap.
I need help please.

What Error message do you get? Or does it just close down?

I have this problem too, I get the patch but no HWC or something like that,
The window of the patcher close and nothing happens..

I say start. HGW game is loading but the game does not turn Watcher help me :S

Try uninstalling the game.Delete all the Z8Games/Cross Fire folder and Empty the Recycle Bin.
Turn off Anti Virus , and re download.
