ZP not earned

hello i got a problem:

today ive bought a paysave card ( 25 euros ) and a 10 euro paysavecard
after i bought it i was at a friend where i was using a slow laptop.
i was buying ZP for the 25 euro psc , the 10 euro at home.
when i bought the ZP i was shown that its completed so i closed my browser
(i had to go home) no is my problem the money is down from the paysave card i checked 2 times but my ZP never arrived but the 10 euro i activated at home where a sucksess.
now i need help to get my money back a MOD GM what ever can check i really bought ZP but dindt got it
