Ping problems

This is a technical issue and it does have to do with CF so Im putting it in this section

I'm not sure if this DOES have a possible fix besides getting a new internet connection ( which Im not getting ), but I wanted to check to see.

When I normally play CF, I get 89 ping exactly. When someone else goes on the computer, I get 150 with spikes that stay there for 20 seconds, up to 500. If someone is loading a youtube video, I get almost 300 ping. It's frustrating and hard to play with 200-500 ping, and Im not sure if I ever will get it fixed.

Since it's summer, family members are almost ALWAYS on the computer, so I have literally no time to enjoy low ping. On US south I NEVER lag or spike, but there's only BR's there and I can't play any E8 scrims/pubs/pugs or wogl/esl.

So if there's a fix, PLEASE post in this thread and hopefully it will work.
