No Game Sound

None. Not in the lobby, not at log in screen, not in game. Nothing.

Given I play GM a lot, this is a right pain in the arse.

Relogged many times. Rebooted laptop as well. Nothing working still.

Yeah.. I have a similar problem, I can hear the game music.. But not the in-game sounds.

I've had this problem for months and done all kinds of things to try and fix the problem.

But surely if it was sound drivers, sound across all applications would be affected, not just solely crossfire...

How did you break your sounds? What did you do? I once broke my sound when I was trying to install DirectX10. Just about a month ago since that moment I returned any sounds in my game. It were crazy days! Whole month I was playing without any sounds.

I didn't log on for a month during my exams. When I came back, I patched my client, logged in, and there was no sound.

i only get the no sound problem like i can hear the sound like multi kill and stuff, but i cant hear gun shot or footstep,

once i relog, its gone
