Well first of all, this isn't the place to ask that, second, I'm guessing you mean 4 megabit per second, which is actually really slow. Anyways, if you can ever manage to get a high-speed internet, UK server is close enough to work fine. Since CF has very few Middle East players, it won't ever have a middle east server.

Are you an idiot? 4mbps is more than enough for CrossFire's bandwidth needs.
Heck, I've played on a 1mbps speed before, 120fps and 76 ping. -
isnt a ping of 50 good my ping is normaly 60
A great ping is anywhere between 0 and 100. So, your ping is good.
A ping any greater than 300 is where you'll notice considerable lagg and above 600 is where you'll notice teleporting. As I recall, I believe 3,500 ping is where you're automatically disconnected from CrossFire's servers.
