It depends what the standard for OP is first off. Is the standard for OP the M12? The M4A1?

Using the standard for OP as the Scar Light, I believe the gun isn't OP. This is due to the fact that the gun only is effective bursting/tapping and mid to long range distances, as it's close range fighting, as far as I've seen and used, is horrible.

No. Stats would say otherwise but the spray is really weird and the accuracy is a tad off.
