I got hacked
Hello dear Z8games!
I got hacked on my account SASCobra ([SvK]Cobra) and cant reach him since the hacker changed my password and email.
I saw he was yesterday online again and i sent a ticket but didnt get an answer also i know many informations about my account please give me him back i spent so much money with paysafecards on to get M4 Gold and Custom and now someone just hacked him
Please also i sent a ticket please help me i didnt get any answer since about 5 days and i want to play crossfire again please help
Informations about my account can be asked by a GM or MOD by an private message since i dont want anyone else to know etc.

You don't just 'get hacked'. Either you gave him your info, or you downloaded something you shouldn't have.
Either way, that's neither here nor there, and account info can't be discussed/helped on the forums.
Submit a Support Ticket with as much proof as you can provide, to back up your ownership of the account.
Note: Wait upto 3-4 days for a reply. Admin don't work on weekends, don't include these in your waiting time for a reply. -

Ahh right, then you may have been keylogged. Do a complete sweep and clean of your pc with MalwareBytes, and detain anything suspicious. -

oh and btw the [MOD] there fourm mods meaning the have nothing to do with crossfire account the [GM]s are the ones you supose to be talking to but the will more than likley ignore you because u have to sent a support ticket here http://support.z8games.com/webform_new.aspx -

Oh. Didn't know that i just though MOD's help you out. Well ok if Dot ignores it then its fine even if not then its ok. I just want to get my account back nothing more because i want to play crossfire again with my M4 gold -
You need to give it at least 3-4 working days before you get a reply. It might take longer if they need to do some investigating.
In the meantime, try and gather as much info as possible such as proof of buying zp (email receipts), screenshots of the other person saying anything in-game about it, ect, in case support ask for more information.
