Window will not go into Fullscreen mode nor window mode

Hey Guys,
I have a problem with the game window. When I start the game the window should go into fullscreen but it doesn't. Instead it just hangs on the left-top corner of my screen. I also can't move it away from there, It's as if the game pretends to be fullscreen but it just doesn't go into fullscreen.
Everything ingame is working, it's just that window. I also tried to play in windowed mode but instead of having a window I just have the same thing as if I play in "fullscreen mode" only in the middle of my screen. I tried to change the setting in the video section of the options such as the resolution etc. but nothing happens.
I'd be thankful for answers, for it is really hard to play on a 600x600 non windowed bugged screen.

Had this problem before, I just reinstalled and it was fixed.

I have the same problem, I tried to reinstall the game 2 times but the problem is still not solved. Please help me!

Make sure no other programs are interfering while playing or when reinstalling. When you put CF as low resolution, all it does is make it smaller and zoom in on the game. Normally all problems I have fix themselves in a week.

Try changing your monitor resolution and see what happens - have to messed about with it recently for any reason?

No I didn't. I also tryed, as I mentioned in my first post to change ingame resolution, but it still doesn't work. but there's one thing I have to add:
If I play in window mode and if I'm actually playing some rounds the window will change into the actual resolution I set on.
If I get back into the main menu the window will again "shrink". But it'd be still nice to play on fullscreen

I had the same problem before after installing new video card. It's your video card scaling that's not giving you full screen during in-play. Play around with the software that came with your video card. Hope this help.
