Not getting Zp from the surveys

This has been happening alot lately. I do maybe 2 surveys(back to Back) and I wait like maybe 1 hour to up to a day to get the zp and i NEVER get it. I've gotten it maybe 1 out of 50 surveys. I always do what it says and i still dont recieve the zp. May anyone please help?
