The holidays are mainly for the United States, Canada, and Britain. Mainly the English speaking countries. No offense by the way. xD

Its because its the eve of the St Anthony who is the marriage saint. It acually makes more sense.

Its actually a Catholic thing. So not narrowed down to English speakers.
