very laggy connection issue's

ok im getting very tired of this since the new patch ive seen no results for people having issues with lag before patch i had ping of 40 50 and 60 kno0w im getting ping 600 and up to 1,200 i cant even play game can please do something about this ive tried resetting my internet reinstalling crossfire still having lag i did little ping test these are the results
