Problem recharging Z8 Points

Hello, first of all I hold has to excuse me for the faults which will follow because I am French and I use a translator.


I have a problem I wanted to reload my Z8 Points with “Paymo”, I receive the sms I open the bonds which leads me has the window of connection of my phone operator, I connect myself, and it marks me “internal error: test later on”, then I receive a sms of validation of the transaction, therefore my credit is output and I am not received my Z8 Points.


I would like the assistance of an employee CF or of a person having had this problem its much I would help me thank you in advance
