Well, it's probably too late now, but anyways, if you check your history and go into the page with the thing that'll say "Thanks for finishing the survey" or something like that, save screen. Show the screeny to who ever is in charge. For the future, you may have to make sure you aren't blocking any cookies, and to stay on the final page that says thanks for a couple minutes so it can register it. Also, make sure your internet connection doesn't break during the survey and make sure you follow all the instructions it says. Many offers for free ZP can fail, generally due to a small mishap when you were doing it.
