help plz

hello I have a problem. i got my friend to play cf but he cant join a game any of them says connection delyed and he can go on anything but cant join a game login works but idk what it could be

Had this problem yesterday, it would load and then return to the channel and say "Connection Delayed" I unplugged and replugged the modem, reopened CF, clicked a few random places such as storage to see if it was working, and started playing.

help plz
