Frames lower than usual?

As of late since the last couple of patches I've had lower frames than normal. I normally get around at least 70-80 frames in game, now as of late I'm lucky if I get 40.

If You Got A New Processor, The Factory Default For Them Is Power Saver.
Go To Control Panel-Hardware And Sound-Power Settings-Additional Settings-High Performance

Have you downloaded anything recently?
Try using game booster or something to defrag your computer.

Really? My FPS has went up since the May 2011 patch! It used to be a solid 30 but now it's gone up to 45-60.
