Ultimate Game Card help please!!
I recently brought an Ultimate game card from my local drugstore. And I've been having issues. My card, is $20.00 worth, and I charged it, so I can redeem my Z8 points for the game CrossFire. As I attempted to redeem my "points", I had successfully charged $10.00 onto my Z8 Games CrossFire account. Shortly after, I attempted to purchase another $10.00 but, the services would not allow me, stating that I had already redeemed the code. And now it says I have a balance of $11.01 in my account, and I cannot charge another $10.00 because it will not allow me, and says that I already have redeemed the card.

your money is now in your paybycash account.If u havr a playspan account it will be the same email and pass as playspan.Ther is something wrong with paybycash.You will have to send in ticket to paybycash support telling them you are trying to use your balance and it wont let you.They will give you your zp.Happened to me yesterday.
