how much fps will i get on low/high graphics in 1vs1/8vs8?
And is it good laptop?

80-120. depending on what hard drives, and what os.

I wouldnt expect a massive amount of FPS. But it will be playable.

This game is more CPU intensive you know. Id be VERY surprised if he got that FPS.

my second computer has a core 2 at 2.19 ( same prossessor?) with a 9800 gtx and 4 gigs of dual channel, 1333 ram. it drops to 65 if there is 8v8 and a ton of smoke but it never goes above 120.

for this game, 2 core it's better than 4 core... try it, u will notice the diferents between ur regs...
for my dual core i5, my shots don't seen to tank as much as my i7...

so in 8vs8 it fps will be around 80-100, its pretty good becuse on my old computer was 20-30
and it has free DOS so what dos to put on?
