Is it me or I'm getting random answers from support?
Hi,
I'd like to have yor opinion on this discussion I had with support team. I really don't understand the meaning of all this so if someone can help me out I'd appreciate it.
I opened a ticket to report some racist players:
Hi, have to report heavy racism against me only cause the I' using an in game character who's black. This two persons have insulted and threaten me for all the game only for this.
They called me monkey, ****** and other stuff plus insulted my family as well.
I hope you really put a stop to this persons. Names are (names fo players involved)
I attach a screenshot to prove what I'm saying.

Sorry to disturb you for a probably silly question but I didn’t understand the message you sent me the 6/7/2011 at 11:17:56 PM: are you reporting me the message you sent to the persons I reported for racism or have you banned me? If the latter, why?

I DO NOT understand what's going on, the question is still the same: who's banned? If me WHY?

Best way to get proper answers is to be very short and concise.

Q: Is it allowed to use that program?
A: If it is allowed, you may use it.
I was more precise with my ticket, but this is basically how it went.
Never received anything THAT random though, can't really complain about the majority of the answers I got. -

I can log in the game, I can post in this forum so I clearly know I'm not banned.
So the question is: do you really think I got clear and enlighting answers from support team?
The point is better answers (not longer..only clearer) will be more appreciated and I don't think this would take more time for them. -

Clearly the ticket took more effort than necessary.
Delete them (if possible, haven't used support in a while..) and submit a new, clean one, as suggested.
