Son,I am disappoint

I decided to waste a week to gain 2nd lt. quick playing whole days.
doing mm/hm/snd/ffa etc.
i got a congratz message i happened to reach the last bar to 2nd lt.
and i was tired so decided to close it after i was done reading it and finish it the next day.
and today i login and im back to six bars to 2nd lt. if not more.
so i lost thousands of exp points.

So now i am wondering if ill get it back or if i just had bad luck.
i assume i lost it forever,i would have to start over probably.
did anyone came accross this situation?
advise required plox ^^

p.s:idk&idec if i made grammarfails because im kinda tired ^^

Your points are logged, if you lost them through some unknown error, you'll get them back.

You may have to wait a couple of days, if not, there's really not much anyone can help you with via the forums.

So not cool, i was like wtf O_o.
worked my ass off and then i get to start over like a B*tch =p.
but i guess ill work my way back to 2nd lt. for the 2nd time on the same acc.
how idiotic is that ?>_>

I think rank progression should be saved on their end, so Z8 has the proof.

It could be a number of things, haven't heard it being quite that bad however. Do note that you should avoid doing mutation mode missions if you can help it as they are currently bugged which causes that minor rollback. But steer clear if you can help it till then.

How would this happen? All your EXP Points are logged as soon as you get them.

not in MM games, there been some issues and it just doesn't count as a game either.

Wait. I don't get it. So if you get a bunch of EXP, say 10,000, and 2,000 of them is from MM, you lose the whole 10k?

yes and i spammed mm because the exp/gp is high but didn't really notice it was bugged.
i played a week like that and reached 2ndlt. then next morning it was gone >_>
