They put a limit on cedit/debit ZP purchases incase the card that is being used has been unappropriately borrowed from a parent or has been stolen. I know i'd be mad as a parent if my kid ganked my credit card and maxed it out to buy ZP.

No response I assume? If so, it could be that they haven't gotten to your ticket yet or are in the process of compiling a proper response to your problem. When did you send the ticket?

Thats a different issue, try getting a fresh copy of crossfire from the downloads and reinstall the game cleanly.
