Want a new mouse
Not sure on the price yet.
But death adder, doesn't feel right. Too big, too heavy, don't like lift off distance. Not very precise.
Read some stuff, turns out it has 6400 fps.
The intellimouse 3.0 has 9000.
Since I kinda want a smaller and lighter mouse, what should I get?
I looked at the size of the 3.0 online but what is the weight to it, if anyone can compare it to a death adder?

I like using my wrist to flick the mouse. not really into moving my whole arm. The death adder is a bit too heavy, which makes sliding it with my wrist a tad annoying.TASTELIMES wrote: »The 3.0 isn't lighter. MX518 = 109 grams, IE 3.0 = 160 grams. They're both light in today's gaming mouse industry. When choosing a mouse, one of the most important factors is how comfortable it is for you. That, and what kind of grip style you use when using your mouse. -

See: SteelSeries ExactAccel
It's on 10 by default, since they figure people actual want to use it, for some reason.
Turned mine down straight away. -

Nothing you do with the driver options will change this. Some people may not classify as 5% positive acceleration as a problem with the sensor, but maybe just a drawback.
Nice array of games tho, I hope you ran my fps booster.
Tbh, I noticed it at 10%.
It wasn't uncomfortable, but it wasn't for me. After switching it down, it felt fine.
Still the best of many mice I've used.
Those are all non-Steam, son
