ZP Crates (3 losts...Bug??)

Hi all its my first Topic. And i have a big problem I was buy 5 crates AK47-Scope. And what ...And i lost 3 times Crates i don't get any things. I spin and what I see 3x Times Look at this :http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/814/crossfire201106080000s.png/...And WTF is this 3x times I lost Crate and I don't get any thing. Is bug or jokeo.0?. I want back my 3 crates. And idk what i have to do spin 2x times or waiting for answer from GM-s. The same was with MOPAY. I from Poland and i pay for 2k zp 11PLN and what i don't get this WTF!!!!. GM-s Help me plis I want back only my 3 Crates(or give me AK47-Scope). I hope you help me

Check your inventory, the bug is only a display bug, as soon as you click that button you are automatically given your rewards before you even see them. Chances are you still got your stuff as I always got something out of it.

Also relog to fix that display bug.

Hmmm...at morning i open this 2 crates. But bug was much more fun i can spin for ever. But i don't get any thing. But Yesterday when I was spin i get 6k GP and 7 days Axe. But i lost 3 crates so how is possible get only 6k GP from ZP?. And I are not given any coupons?. From 3 Crates how is possible to get only 6k GP no coupons and only 7 days Axe?o.0 ... From 3 crates idk. But when i log in again now i have 7 days ak47-camo from 2 crates any only 2k gp o.0. And no coupons really idk is Total Master Bug. I want back only 3 crates that is all that is all.

this bug happend 1 time with me becuase my internet get Disconected , Maybe you do this Story For get more free Crates .
