Help please!!

I sent a support ticket to retrieve the security password, but the team Z8 said that the bill was not mine because I do not remember the email or the security password and I need a lot of it in order to add LT's in my clan and future power deletalo if ever fail, formerly subagames and did not need it all, now that Z8 is accurate, then please, GM, recover my security is very important to me.
