"isn't" is a correct reduction of "is not" but why did you put " 's ".

I think he means phrases like "he's not". You use "'s not" here.

"ain't?" ain't is another way of saying "aren't," "am not," "haven't," "hasn't," or "isn't."

If you've been to europe, you'll notice people saying "innit" which is another way of saying "isn't it." "ain't" is like that. it isn't... the "official" word that people use. you'll find "ain't" a lot typically in stories of or relating to somewhat dated adventure stories.
