my first problem

yesterday i done the daily mission,but it haven't been calculated in the monthly missions

my second problem

i have been collected the Character 'I' for 3 or 4 days,but i need the character 's' to finish the word of 'cross fire'

please fix this

I don't know about yesterday's mission not appearing, but It's probably just a bug. for the "I," the dog tags are completely random. you just have bad luck :P. keep at it. You'll get it eventually.

The reason why your monthly mission didn't appear was because of yesterday's CrossFire HAVOC with the missing file.

And the reason you didn't get the 'S' tag, and have been continuously getting the 'I' tag is because it's picked random by the emulator (server).

Havoc, as in there was mayhem everywhere. Everyone was getting mad and some were even crying on TeamSpeak 3 haha.
The missing file is 'File is changed [2007] L[0]rez/RB001.rez'

If you did an HM or MM mode mission for the daily, it sometimes doesn't record those to the user database. It's happened to a good number of people, and is one of the several reasons I do not play either mutation mode. And as stated, it is a random distribution of letters. You are not guaranteed to get a specific letter, you only get one that is randomly selected. So you could go nine days and get a different one each day, or go nine days and get the same one day after day. It's still random.
