Why after every patch we get and error ?

why after every patch Release we fine a Problem ?

is that kind of talent u guys have or what ?

last patch i spend 4 hr trying to log into the game after Downloading and hacktools detected and game errors

today another patch

every time i open the game to update it .. its went to 3.62/3.66 and i got the same error
FAILED TO DOWNLOAD PATCH FILE

what i have to do ? after Uninstall and Reinstall it more than 5 times ?

please dont say to download it again coz 415 M is alot ... and takes for ever

please i need any kind of help
