750 gaming laptop?

I need a laptop because of my high ass ping (1,000+) got stuck with satellite but I do go to places where they have wireless alot. My budget is 700, requirements are:
*No nvidia
*No AMD (Except graphics)
*4 GB ram+
*Windows 7+
*14" screen size +
*Laptop
Even if I have to use intel graphics I will,

dude! if I could get dial up I would, I'm in a extreme rural area that has NO cables except power, I have to use water from wal-mart cause the water we have has e-coli in it, I'm stuck with satellite till we move now I bet your thinking were poor, guess again. we were forced to move here or my mom and dad would be out of a job, atleast it pays bad ass, 12.82 an hours and she takes care of disabled ppl who live with us so thats around 3-4k a month

Here ya go. Steady 80 FPS in an 8v8 with a lot of things happening. ATI Processor and AMD graphics so no NVIDIA. 4 gigs of ram, 17 inch monitor and 640 gig harddrive.

Had a AMD processor in my 3 PC's... needless to say they went in the trash,

I dont like nvidia cause like the last 3 PC's they went in the trash.... and the 1 caught on fire... caught that REALLY fast, destroyed my mobo top fan...

What would my FPS be though?my 4850 is practilly shot (I get black lines and dots) but I still get a stable 100-120 in a 8v8

So what would my FPS be on the HP pro book? More or LESS then 80 in a 8v8?

I had a Acer aspire one the 11" laptop, I was able to do a 6v6 with graphics OFF and got a stable 30 FPS
It had a intel atom, 1 GB ram, Intel graphics, Windows xp
