Got charged, but it said transaction failed, no zp

So i decided to go and get a prepaid visa card, so i could get meself some zp. I decided to use click and buy to get my zp, i registered my card, entered all the required info then it said transaction failed. When i check my remaining balance later i saw that click and buy charged me for the 50K zp, so far no zp or anything. Can anyone help me thanks.

So i just put in a word document with what happened, evidence, and put it under account problems?

On that page, Select > Account > Billing/Purchases and fill in the webform.

Use the link, provide any information you got and describe your problem detailed and clearly.

In a public forum nobody can or want to help you with a problem like that because it is possible that you have to provide sensitive data that not the whole world should know

Im doing that support ticket now and i dont know how to get my transaction IDs for the support ticket, could someone please help me find that.
