M16A4-Elite

If M4A1 gets an Elite version of it, how about the M16? I have 2 designs, I don't know which one is better.
It's fully-automatic, but when using the scope, it fires on semi-automatic to burst.

I fixed the stats, it's heavier than a M16 since it has a longer barrel and more stuff.

m4 ex just zoom in which is what the m16 s does so we kind of got it.
