I maked a Survey, completed it but no ZP

Hello!
I maked a Free ZP Survey at ~18:30.
I completed it correct but i wait now more than a houer but no ZP.
The Survey whose for 5,600ZP.
I really hate that! the Survey was long and i spend time for it. in the description form the survey were in: Reports 15 minutes.
Survey maked at SuperRewards.
I want my ZP please.
I wrote a Support ticket but i want not wait 1 Week for a answer that means: We can don anythink -_-

Somewhere was an option, where u can saw something like that: "Missed points?" and you could press this buton. I dont know where now is this...

SuperRewards mean its awarded, but i have it not. i can make a screenshot if you want.

At super rewards u are able to watch the surveys you completed.
In the right corner should be a button with "get help" or something similar.
If you klick it you'll see all surveys you did sucessfully or that have been canceld.
There should be also listed how much zp have been awarded.

And maybe wait next time more then 1 hour.
If I do a survey it takes sometimes loger then 3 but the points are awarde then.

Sometimes survey providers especially super rewards and sponsor pay display that the points have been awarded, although you will often see that when transactions are made after working hours (EG after 6pm) they won't appear in you account till the next day.

BTW I also do german surveys and offers and this has happened to me often. But in everycase i have been eventually awarded the points.

I see... all have errors yet in game. Because updating(?)
Possible that after update i have my ZP???

I watched a Video for 46 ZP i wait 15 Minutes but nothing. -_-
