the website doesnt solve your problem but it tells you when the servers for which you play crossfire are online or how long till they will be

L]OoL, this does pertain to your problem. While it isn't a solution, it gives more information on the subject than just saying "wait for z8 to fix it". The "Failed to connect to server" problem is global because z8 is restarting the servers, hence their being offline. Just wait for the posted website to say that the login servers are online.

It doesnt say when the servers will be back online, it just says how long they've been down for

Correct, but it will say when they are online so just be patient and/or spam F5(common macro for refresh) on that webpage
