u cant quit/ teamnade at all

its really just pointless. i try and keep up my teamnades to about 1-3 a week

Perhaps you have a lot of desertions. My game often freezes so my honor became bad due to desertions.

Honour is based on desertions and teamkills so just don't do that and you'll be fine.
