I have this Error too and i think everbody who plays Crossfire have this problem, too. My Crossfire updated the new "Update?" automaticly and get the same problem. I hop z8 clean it in a fast TIME!

Download the newest CF version from download page. Uninastal previous version and then install the newest version.
