Failed to connect server : W[2003] L[0]

Hey i get this error with the HGWC thing... it reaches step 4 and then i get it look :

Look, i've tried everything... Any suggestions, i've reinstalled it, disabled FireWall.. Disabled UAC.... Restarted my pc... Restarted my router...
And now i cant connect TS3 i get " Failed to connect Server" on TS3 TOO.
Please help

nvm its patching. close all others windows and keep trying to start the game till it starts patching..i guess

the game will be down for a few hours while we perform maintenance and apply a bugfix-patch

NO NEW CONTENT, ONLY BUGFIXES.
