I think it's SFC rank, if you don't count Private rank or the classes.

Rank restrictions apply to only purchasing ZP by itself, not anything else.

It's Sergeant Class 1. The rank with Three Bars and One Line under the picture of the rank. Clear enough? Strange though, I've seen Smiley Faces walk around with AWM Camos..

If you're the same rank and still cannot buy ZP, it's probably because Z8 marks everything after the day is finished by their tiime. So just wait until (today)this day is finished, and you'll be able to buy / get your ZP.
