I have not played CF in about 6 months, and i recentley got addicted again

So i made an alternate account (this), and sent a Support Ticket to the GM's (I think thats who gets it). Anyways, i was just wondering how long it usually takes them to answer. Thanks,

Impossible to answer.

Hack reports get instant automatic replies.
Account and ZP transaction issues take top priority.

What this means in days or hours, I couldn't say.

Okay, thanks a lot! I sent it on Sunday. So that means i will get it soon? And also, ive sent one a long time ago. It took about 2 weeks. So do i have to wait 2 weeks?

The only ticket I've send was answered within some hours.

Too me every ticket took 2 days to be replied (not incluiding weekends because nobody works those days[atleast in z8 i think])
