LOST ID/PSW/Security Answer doesn't work

Hi

i lost my ID and PW, but i now my EMail. I use this EMail to recover my ID, but i dont become a answer.

I open a ticket but i no one answer. Whats going on with the support?


EDIT: My Ticket is "Close" but i dont become anything to recover my account.

    hi my account was hacked and the hacker changed the email and password how can i recover it? i spent 200$ on that account. pls someone help me! :'(

    I'm here to tell you that (I think) the Support has much work to do and they will answer you don't worry... I lost m Account too for 7 months or so and now I have it back thanks of the Z8Games Support (very good job , thanks Z8 ^^) and maybe you don't get the E-Mail, because the E-Mail adress doesn't ends with " .com ".

    That was my problem why I had lost it for 7 months. (By the way I had a virus , because of downloading Games and Cracking them and downloading films, I didn't got hacked because of CF-Hacks)

    You have to tell them that this is your E-Mail adress and if it is correct you just have to prove that it is your E-Mail adres by sending them a Screenshot (and make sure that it is visible that you are logged in this E-Mail Account) In that case you will get your Account 100 percently back... Don't worry and good luck :).
