Money was takin out of my account, But no ZP.

I used the credit card option to make my payment, Bud buddies came up. After going threw all the stuff to get my card ready, Says card was declined. But on my bank page says the money was takin out, So what I am out the money I put on this game now? I want my ZP, or my money refunded back in full.

i've get my zp from my phone money but it seems it hasn't come through yet. how many days have u been waiting?

days? ive never had to wait over 10 secs... You should not have to wait days for anything.

You will need to open up a support ticket here: http://support.z8games.com/webform_new.aspx
For "Game Related" Pick account, and for "Category" pick Billing/purchases. Then fill in the form that shows up.

DO wait at least 24 hours before opening a ticket or the first response you will get will be "Please wait 24 hours"
