Where'd you hear that? If they don't guarantee any results from the crates then why would they state coupons would come from a crate?
It'd be proof that the black market is actually based off a pattern rather than just being random (which I honestly expect). On top of that, it would be contradictive to what we've always been told that it's always luck.

Yeah I remember this being posted back in '08, although I don't remember if it was in the News or the Barracks section.
But what they really put in that post was that you are GUARANTEED to get a coupon in every crate, but that it sometimes won't pop up.
