Probably just hasn't been updated yet for such. Its the weekend, don't expect many updates during this time.

Well maybe ^_^ ,but some easy ribbons ,like this 1 sheriff ,or more where u need dooo this month ,June some kinda missions like ,get this month soo much kills and u get ribbon (Sooo more missions ,less Zp guns ....

takes 'em a long time to update stuff like that sometimes. For example my pink doozies and p90 camo don't show up on my weps list on my profile. Not that I care, it's just funny how out of date the website is.

they can because your join date they have on file. ive been here since march 2009 and your register date is part of account recovery so they have to know it

From what I understand the Ribbon "Remember the Good Ole Days?" is acquired when you own Winchester, Winchester Scope, and Thompson. It refers to the fact that those are all old guns.

I heard a rumor that it's acquired if you played CrossFire when it was in it's Beta. Maybe someone who knows what it really is can clarify.
