Is it possible to see other peoples fps?

^ Title.

R4ils was qq'ing that I fps lagged and said I have 65 fps ( I had 100-120 ) and said if you modified the cf folder you could see other peoples fps.

I asked her/him to take a SS ( I also asked for a scrim but she RQ'd CF right after she said Ok ) and post it on the forums but that won't happen.

So, is it possible? Because if it is, can you show me how?

Why would HE qq about YOUR fps? It doesn't even effect what HE sees.

He said that I was fps lagging.. idk apparently it makes a difference whether the other person has high fps or not.

60 fps is the point of non lagging.

its the point where your eyes cant tell the difference, not "non lagging"

btw, i dont think FPS causes tanking.
