No sound with TeamSpeak 3

When i turn on TeamSpeak 3, and CF...i don't have ingame sound, and TeamSpeak becomes laggy...

Before this new patch, it worked awesome...so it's not due my internet provider...

I hope someone has solution for this...

    I have the same problem, except it's running on its own, and not making any in game sound.

    I have checked my hardware with other things, and confirmed that they worked.
