I want UK server IP adress to test my ping before I start the game

According to XFIRE one of the UK Server's IP is this one: 109.203.101.228:12053

xcuse meh but,i am at level 6 in crossfire(sergeant rank right?)so i tryed to buy some zp yesterday and it wouldnt let me(u got to be level 6 at the game crossfire.....blablabla)(,so i waited till today and i still got the same problem,should i get to sergeant 2nd bar maybe? 2 bored ...but i am open to suggestions
