Look I am trying to recover my account. I have supplid the support team with 7 transaction ID's 3 of them being 100k zp the rest 50's and 20's. They say since they are not recent ID's they can not recover my account? The guy who has stole the account went and bought zp and now they want those transaction ID's! How the hell am I supposed to get those? Whats the difference in having older transaction ID's?

Its difficult to prove you own it. I know its frustrating when this happens but theres not alot that can be done.
Ill alert a GM on Monday and see what can be done about a situation like this and see if things can be helped with your situation.

Thanks so much Giggletron! I have also sent them screenshots of me playing ingame and ranking throught 2nd lt 8th class to major 3rd class and screenshots of me being logged into the account on the website.
