How long does support generally take?
I put in a ticket over a week ago and have had no reply. I really need help with what my ticket is needing help for. I had added things to the ticket to hopefully help my problem get solved, but still not even a reply saying they are going to see what they can do. I'm not having a go at you z8 guys, i just want to know the average time for a support ticket. because i have put them in and gotten a reply the next day, but not with this one. please help me

I got a response in about 5 days. Its the weekend don't forget, so if you didn't get one by now you won't until at the earliest Monday. -
Many people dont understand what the support is doing. In an other forum i just saw someone was asking ,,Why isnt the support answering?'' And they just answer ,,Just keep on spamming tickets, they will answer then''
I just can say: How silly can people be? Things like this just make it slower for all. Please write only 1 ticket and be patient.
