well complaining isn't rallying them. i'm not saying you're complaining but many other people are. go on the steam forums and look at how many threads there are that consist of people complaining about the particular game,the game they paid for. there aren't many threads like that, but on these forums, people complain about everything and yet this is a free game.And as the host/portal, they are the connection between the players and the (anticheat) devs. Players should not be required to take concerns or make requests to X-Trap or developers directly.
This is a stupid notion that has been going on for too long. As the portal, it is Z8's responsibility to bring such issues to the other parties.
"Free game" is another ridiculous notion. Should the game go to shit simply because not everyone has to pay? I'm sure CrossFire is profitable for the parties involved, and putting in the manpower or resources to resolving ongoing issues will be highly unlikely to push anyone into bankruptcy.
Sure, I don't pay. Why does that mean that I can't rally for CrossFire to improve? Do the devs and Z8 honestly not care about the experience because it's ultimately free? Are the employees of Z8 and the developers paid to do something they have no interest in making the best they can? If not, then okay. I'll shut up and leave this game. -

His point was to ban or infract the OP for posting the same old. The forums are generally moderated loosely so I wouldn't expect such measures to be taken without other prominent issues being taken care of beforehand.they do nothing, reported last week a speedhacker and today i saw him again.

if someone feels neglect from the people on these forums then they have bigger problems to worry about than hackers/glitchers/complainers on a free game.
this game is full of selfish people who want it their way. if they don't get it their way they complain on the forums and its getting ridiculous. -

But you have to know that each patch that is given, z8 actually does patch up hacks, how many? To be honest I don't know.
Think of it this way though, you're a goaly for a soccer team and you're blocking balls (hacks), BUT there are more than just one hack. So imagine 20 balls going in different directions. You can't stop all the balls only some of them. Along with this, more balls will come and at the same time you have an angry audience telling you every 5 seconds that you've got to stop all the balls or else they're stop coming to watch your games and you'll lose your teams playing money.

Oh boy, another one of these threads. Anyways I'll try to address it properly.
As many know, Z8 itself isn't responsible for the protection in the game. Most game companies aren't unless they make their own AC. Lots of companies, like Z8 purchase protection from companies like X-Trap, others use GameGuard and other noted Anti-Cheat software.
Now to put it in perspective, its not like Z8 literally is in the same building as Xtrap. Most information about Xtrap and hacks can be found here: http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?t=132696
Now despite putting this anti-cheat software in, Z8 has even taken it upon themselves to develop an Auto-Ban to not only improve the anti-hack measures but to also remove the malicious players. This feature alone isn't a live anti-cheat unlike X-Trap to confuse people. Each patch or so, they've done what they can to improve the system they created as their measure to lower hacks.
Secondly, hacker's aren't the reason I seem to spend more time on a simple daily mission, in fact, its the players who kick without reason. As a player, I get booted from a good majority of my rooms. Time, XP/GP and no progress on missions or badges because of such. This is the 90% factor as to why my games take forever. This confused community seems to favour blantant hackers to stay and anyone else booted. I find this is worse than the actual rising of hackers, which is considerably smaller in comparison.
For those that don't understand that the situation isn't quite as bad as one thinks, those who were around the 2009 or so ish era can vouche that the previous anti-cheat GameGaurd made this game a mess. But despite this terrible time of hacks, glitches and such, CF made it through and has taken measures to improve their situation greatly. Sure, the hackers seem pretty bad at the moment but they can't hold a candle to back then.
Now before anyone starts noting it "he's a moderator, of course he's gonna talk good about z8", you forget I am also a player, a paying player. I get frustrated at this game many times at the actual workings or the community I play with. However, the game has improved and still continues to be improved around each month, even if its just a little. Despite the increased player base the percentage of problems has decreased notable even with such, rather than skyrocket or remain at its peak.
X-Trap and Z8 continue to work on stopping the hacking measures as best as they can, they don't want to have worse reputation nor do they want to lose valuable customers. However, they are still a company and people have their own lives as we do. Just gotta be patient and look forward to what they bring. -
So if i have a trouble wich cant be fix,i can simply hire some1 to do it for me and if he fail i simply put the blame on him?kinda easy...i know your working hard (for the part your doing) but should try kicking x-trap ass a little more!and tell them we are 'still' w8ting

wow this is the bigger problem. ignorance.Plain and simple.Just because somone has an opinion and voices it does not give anyone the right to yell or start name calling.Grow up.yes if more people would use the kick voting for actually kicking hacks and not use it to kick someone wth negative k/d or kick because they didnt defuse the bomb in time the game would b a little better.

Most of these noobs won't kick cause they want to win. Win, win, win at all cost!
Change the kick system to equate to the actual players in the room at that time and make it based on 50% +1 = kick.
It may not seem like much but think about how many times you say the kick vote 9-7?

I've been biting my lip for quite a while not to make a new thread about this,
but enough is enough.
It's taken me 4 hours to complete the daily sub base missions today since I
got off of work.
Every room that I have been in has been infested with hackers. 3-6 in at least
every room is my guestament. It seems this is getting worse day by day.
When are you guys going to do some real pest control and get rid of this
infestation?

but in all honesty it's not Z8's fault.
Xtrap is the "hack catcher" (in quotes cuz they suck). It's made by wiselogic (more like fail logic) you can check them out.
yeah, the hacking situation is damn annoyin. Especially when nobody kicks em.

The MODS and Z8 workers (the ones in canada) actually care about us. They play with us and are cool.....
but the dev's (people who actually make the game and continue to hire the fail company xtrap) don't care about you. they just care about your Zp and money for them.

Well if the developers didn't care about our version of Crossfire we wouldn't have it to begin with, keep that in mind.
X-Trap obviously is working to patch the hacks in our game and I'm willing to bet multiple other games, unless I'm mistaken, so expecting them to be looking at our version of Crossfire with a magnifying glass for possible ways to manipulate the data and create hacks, then patch them...isn't gunna happen.
As far as the community comment goes, remember to be allowed to post something like that you must lead them to show them how to BE rather than sit down and complain expecting change. Also, you are part of the community too, are there things you could be doing to better it? Better yet have you ever considered that before?
No, the reason why the hacking waves will never end is because there are weak-minded people out there who can't take the time out to get good at something they consider leisure, which is normal, but they take it a step further by purchasing hacks and feeling "good" about doing it. It'll never get solved, but the first frakking step we need to take as a whole is to just leave whenever we see them the logic being that they'll get less kills so there will be no point for them to do it in the first place, or if you feel righteous suffer through the game to report them. -

I think it should be a magic eye reveals every hacker in the game and did not get out him from the game but could not make him to control even taste the bitterness that we feel and if he get out of the game must count 100 deid I think this is easy for the programmers do not know how but you must do so

It's got about as bad as it can get now. Why GM's aren't just instabanning from in the game. These nubs are not hard to find? Try any game any day on west. -

Dead right. take their fun away. kick them and quit if they not gonna get kicked. Everyone leave. Poor hackers won't be able to farm.
