zp deposit issue

hey guys i have a problem its been a while now every time i try to buy zp using my credit card it says failed to pass security validation, so instead i went to click and buy and bought the zp the money has been withdrawn from my credit but i got no confirmation email or nothing and my zp has not yet arrived its been like 10 hours, so if anyone can answer me does click and buy usually take this long to give zp or have i been scamed or something pls help i would appreciate it gr8ly thx.
