Hacking Reports in webform support

I posted several times Speed Hacking reports on Webform support center.
Every time my post were with all details and sended with the replay.
BUT, every time, i can see my Status post is IMMEDIATLY CLOSED, and these players (hackers) continue to play the next days (i can check on players list).

So it means Z8 support didn't care about my hack reports, and never bannish the hackers...

WHY???

Do you think Closed means deleted?

Hack reports are automatically sorted into a specific section and closed. They will never reply to you anyway so wha does it matter?

It also prevents you from bumping the ticket and cause the system to slow down.

dude are u dumb no offence but they closed it cuz they are going to look into it them selves there other information u need to give them so its closed and they will look into it

Anyway i asked same question to Z8 in webform, my status ticket still "OPEN" so i am waitting their reply...

I reported many haks this week but I am not sure If they get Blocked.

You can check if the hackers you reported continue to play (and i am sure...) in Players List in CLAN page.

If XTrap is not doing good job against hackers, why Z8 continue working with them???

It happens to every single cheat report. Just have patience until your issue gets looked into.
